ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2021

DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS TO BE HELD VIRTUALLY USING ZOOM
To attend the meeting, fully paid-up members should email Wendy Mooney at wendy@mooneys.co.uk no later than Wednesday 17th March.
Details of how to join the meeting will be emailed to those wishing to attend 48 hours prior to the meeting along with documents relating to the meeting. If there are any questions relating to the documents or content of the meeting please submit any questions to the secretary, sue.spaff1@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the meeting is due to commence.
No business shall be transacted at the Annual General Meeting unless notice appears on the Agenda, except for routine matters or those which in the opinion of the Chairman of the Meeting are urgent.
Nominations for the Committee must be fully paid-up members of no less than 5 years standing and should be submitted in writing to the Secretary not less than fourteen days before the Annual General Meeting. Nominations for the Committee must be signed by two fully paid-up members who will act as proposer and seconder.
Instructions for the use of Zoom during the meeting will be sent to attendees with the documents for the meeting.
